At The Olive Law Firm, we pride ourselves in achieving for our clients the compensation they may deserve. This is a law which recognizes that a social host may be liable to another party if the social host served alcohol to a person, who he knew or should have known was intoxicated, and he knew that person would be driving afterwards.
